Pro White products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only unless the product label clearly states otherwise.

Product results may vary depending on skin type, skin condition, frequency of use, lifestyle, sun exposure and other individual factors. We do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same result or achieve results within a specific period.

Our product descriptions and website content are provided for general information and are not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Customers should:

• Read the product label and directions before use.
• Perform a patch test before applying a new product.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and broken or irritated skin.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

When an order is cancelled after payment has been completed, any eligible refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and the payment method used.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will normally be the price displayed when the order is confirmed, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Additional charges, including delivery fees, payment-processing fees or applicable taxes, will be displayed during checkout where relevant.

We are not responsible for charges imposed directly by banks, card providers or third-party payment providers.

6. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

We may restrict Cash on Delivery for customers with repeated rejected, refused or unsuccessful deliveries.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, restricted locations, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Pro White will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our published Refund Policy.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, certain opened, used, unsealed or tampered products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Sri Lankan consumer-protection laws.

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and contact us within the period stated in our Refund Policy if an item is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, free gifts, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
